Bill C-28, what is it?
The new law that came into effect in Canada on July 1, 2014 states that it is forbidden to send a commercial electronic message unless there is express or implied consent from the recipient.

What are the different types of consent?
Express consent means that the recipient has given you consent to receiving electronic communications from you. The person may consent orally, electronically or in writing. In the case of a verbal acceptance, it is recommended to have a recording support. In the case of written evidence (paper), you must preserve evidence and be able to provide it upon request.

NeoSynergix is launching today its new adaptive website, inspired by the "Modern UI" interface-type (formerly known as "Metro style") made popular by Microsoft with its Windows 8 operating system.

We chose to purify our website, both in its presentation and its content, to emphasize on what is really important; to answer the eternal question "What do you do at NeoSynergix?” It seemed imperative, at the same time, to build our new website based on the latest standards of accessibility and adaptability to fit all types of medias, either a conventional desktop computer, a tablet or a smartphone.

NeoSynergix starts the New Year by obtaining its new certification in software development. It is the Microsoft Silver Partner certification reflecting the recognition from Microsoft for our expertise in software development.

This certification is earned by the sum of specific experiences and skills of each employee of the organization who made the efforts necessary to pass the exams of recognition from Microsoft.
